After spending ten years working in education in California, I have relocated to Australia to teach in initial teacher education, and conduct research focused on continuous improvement in schools. I support schools, school leaders and networks to adopt rigorous continuous improvement practices that center students and teachers. I am particularly interested in the ways we use data to interrogate the status quo, inform our progress and motivate others toward action.
