Dr. Borgmeier is a Professor of Special Education at Portland State University and serves as the Doctoral Program Director. He has led development and implementation of an Improvement Science focused strand of the EdD program at Portland State University. His work and research has focused on working with schools, school districts, regional service districts and states to implement systems for supporting student behavior through School-wide Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports.
