Founded and led a Massachusetts based non-profit focused on connecting K-12 schools nationwide to research and research-based practices. Created the only regional education laboratory anchored in the realities of school based educators. PI on one of the few empirically based national studies of federal school improvement initiatives. Sponsored the creation of a suite of research-based simulations, including Systems Thinking/Systems Changing, now hosted by Cairn Guidance, that incorporates continuous improvement as a key component. Now retired living in Portland Oregon.
