My research focuses on leveraging data and assessments to improve opportunities to learn for traditionally marginalized students. My work is centered in the Pakistani context, where learning opportunities are highly stratified by SES. My courses on school leadership at the graduate level incorporate the use of data and the PDSA cycle to support school improvement. I am currently working on building an improvement network of private schools in the Punjab to focus on better learning outcomes for all students.
