Jingyuan Zhang, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Special Education at East Tennessee State University and an implementation science researcher focused on improving mathematics education in rural school systems. Her work centers on understanding why evidence-based mathematics interventions often lose effectiveness in authentic school settings and how implementation science can strengthen fidelity, adaptation, and long-term sustainment within RTI/MTSS frameworks.
