Have worked with Jim Stigler/Ron Gallimore/ Bill Saunders (LessonLab/TalkingTeaching) on systemic change in schools. My work continues that focus on assisting Principals with building distributed leadership and agency with their teachers and bringing protocols to PLCs to help teacher leaders identify and pursue (enact) improvement, with their teams, around specific problems of practice.
