Obie Leff brings over 30 years of experience in education as a teacher and school leader dedicated to ensuring learning for all. He specializes in school culture, assessment, SEL, standards-based grading, arts education, and fostering meaningful collaboration. As part of an restorative practices implementation team for middle school grades, Obie contributed to a continuous improvement project resulting in significant improvement in students’ academic habits. His leadership has contributed to sustained academic growth and closing achievement gaps for diverse student populations. He has led initiatives in standards-based grading, strategic planning, assessment coordination, and the development of successful arts programs. A long-time singer/songwriter, Obie’s educational songs are enjoyed by students and educators around the world.
